• Each bonus carries a specific rollover requirement (typically ranging from 1x to 5x).
• A minimum odds requirement applies to all bets placed with bonus funds
• Bonus claims have a set expiry period — bonuses will be cancelled once expired
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active (with limited exceptions).
• Using bonus funds to place bets on both sides of the same outcome (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited
• For referral bonuses, the reward is credited only after the referred person's deposit is confirmed.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

Baji VIPhas a set of fundamental rules regarding betting and gaming that all members must follow:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be fully refunded
• Live scores and odds are subject to change at any time — Baji VIP bears no responsibility for such changes
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will be calculated at odds of 1.00.
• Baji VIP's decision on game outcomes shall be considered final
• Baji VIP is not liable for any missed bets resulting from internet connectivity issues.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a technical error is detected, the round in question may be voided.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities Baji VIPis strictly prohibited on the platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in permanent account termination:

• Registering with a fake identity or third-party information

7Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Baji VIP's right to close an account also applies in the following circumstances:

• If fraud or deception is suspected
• Upon request from authorities due to legal obligations or regulatory requirements
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Upon account closure, the member's verified real-money balance will be returned. However, any bonus balance and bonuses with incomplete rollover requirements will be forfeited where applicable.
